    Explanation-Diageo divested Burger King(Image 1) in 2002.Nico Hulkenberg(Image 2)-F1 Racing Driver of the Force India Team.The Team Principal is Vijay Mallaya.Recently Diageo agreed to acquire 53.4 % stake in Vijay Mallaya's United Spirits. Diageo was formed in 1997 by the merger of Guinness(Image3)and Grand Metropolitan.
