What is this indirect symbol of quality and who issues it? And why three of them?

Answer: These are the insignia on Royal warrants issued by British royalties for the firm that are approved to supply goods & services  to the Royal families

  1. Royal Warrant (issued by the Royal Family of UK); 3 variants as first one is issued by the Queen, 2nd one by Duke of Edinburgh, and the 3rd one by the Prince of Wales.
